Walking Tours
Ale Trails
Public Bus & Rail Tours

I love these! Fully immerse yourself in Liverpool Life with a tour combining public transport and shank's pony (on foot). Half day or all day tours walking in the footsteps of The Beatles using the transport and routes they took themselves back in the day. Beatle Ale Trails, combine city walking tours with the odd pint en route in pubs with Beatle tales to tell. Great fun!

City Centre Walking Tours
£110 2 hours / £180 half day

We explore the city centre in depth, taking in many Beatles sites, and also Liverpool history. See The Cavern Club, Liverpool Town Hall, The Jacaranda, John Lennon's & Brian Espteins birthplace, Stuart Sutcliffe's studio, Art College & Liverpool Institute We can also visit one or both of Liverpool's two cathedrals, and the Albert Dock area. Walking enables us to visit the pedestrianised areas we can't reach by car. There really are too many locations to mention here. We will walk no matter what the weather, there is no such thing as bad weather - only the wrong clothes

On the buses!
£180 half day / £260 full day plus approx £4.50 per person all day pass

Here we explore South Liverpool on the transport the lads would use back in the day - the public bus. really good fun way to see, and immerse yourself in Liverpool life. Locals always chat, and its surprising how much extra you see from the top of a double decker.
A half day tour will take us outside John & Pauls, Woolton Village, Penny Lane, and will include a walk across the golf course from John's to Paul's. exactly as they did from the day they met in Woolton Village on 6th July 1957. We'll have time for a coffee stop in Woolton Village while we talk about that fateful day. We'll also visit the grave of Eleanor Rigby, and will take the significant 86 bus back to town where we will see some of the City Beatles locations from the bus ride, and finish with a walk around the Cavern area.
A full day tour will do all of the above, but we'll also stop in the Wavertree area where George and several generations of his family lived. We'll have lunch at Strawberry Field, and also walk around the Hope Street area of the City Centre where we will see the Art College, Johns Birthplace and student digs, Liverpool Institute and more. We will meander from Hope street to Mathew Street, passing The Jacaranda Club and Blue Angel on the way, and finish at The Cavern Club. We'll probably have time for a drink at The Philharmonic as seen on Carpool Karaoke!

The Beatles Ale Trail
Half Day/Night £160 - no drinks included, over 18's only.

This is a combination of a walk tour with 'thirst' stops en route. We will visit up to 6 Beatle related pubs as I regale the tales of our Fab Four in their formative years. This is a light hearted fun tour, courtesy demands that we buy a drink in each pub (I'm not on commission...its just the done thing!) We'll usually finish at The Cavern Club where on certain days there may be a a small cover charge. The latest I would usually start the Ale Trail will be 6pm, and the earliest 12 midday so we ensure the pubs are all open.

NOTE: All prices shown are per group, not per person.
You are hiring me as your personal guide, and the price is the same for 1 person as it is for 10
