Heathcliff & Branwell's Liverpool
Bronte CountryDid you know Heathcliff was from Liverpool? Like many I've seen the new "Wuthering Heights" and despite reservation I truly loved it. The film however ignores the fact that Heathcliff walked these Liverpool streets as an unloved child in the late 1700's & for a while I've been working on a website & Liverpool tour based on the fictional character and the true visits from Branwell Bronte in the 1800's.
