I get booked up really early, especially on cruise ship days. Book as soon as you can! I'm happy to pencil in dates as you make plans. Summer 2024 was completely fully booked. Remember, it's just me! I don't farm work out to other guides so once I'm booked I'm booked.
Diary is filling fast for 2025 and some weeks are already either full or not available for other reasons, holidays etc. BOOK EARLY!
I don't use an online booking system as my tours are so personalised & email interaction is important to me. As a rule tours are only available Monday to Friday. I may make some exceptions so message me just in case.

The Blue Meanie Booking Conditions
Not so much small print, just some common sense stuff. RESERVATION: Just email me and chat or fill in the form. MONEY: I'll send you a request for a deposit of £50. The deposit is non refundable but it can be transferred to another date if necessary. Any bookings I've made on your behalf eg, National Trust will also be non refundable and non transferable as per their booking conditions. Cancellations within one week of tour or no shows, full payment will be forfeit. You can pay the full balance at any time leading up to your tour. Just email me and I'll send you a request. You should receive an automatic reminder a month before. CRUISE PASSENGERS: It is important that you have insurance to cover non arrival in port due to weather or ship issues. I cannot refund you if your ship does not make it to Liverpool for your tour as I will have already turned down other tours & booked drivers etc. THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS...ONLY SOLUTIONS: Talk to our customer service department if you have any issues. That's me! DONT LET ME DOWN: Now this would only happen in a dire emergency, but I am human. If at the last minute I couldn't do your tour, I would always arrange an alternative and discuss compensation options afterwards. Any questions?
